1.The customer goes to retailer or distributor and requests for recharge.
2.The retailer/distributor will access the PPR which will send out the request, through GSM, GPRS, WAP or SMS, internet, along with other details like recharge plan, user cell phone number etc.
3.The application will generate a PIN and forward it to retailer/distributor while charging user’s phone.
4.The retailer collects money from the customer and all concurrent transaction details get saved in a database.
5.The inventory of PINs allocated to the retailer/distributor is reduced.
If the credit limit goes below a certain threshold a message is generated for retailer/distributor to replenish his credit limit.
